How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Momentsseattle Roofing should get a fair, honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Momentsseattle Roofing
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They own their estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work on your home, start with the contractor. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A contractor who keeps falling short may be removed. But Momentsseattle Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work, or make decisions for a contractor.
How to Send It
Email contact@momentsseattle.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The phone number or form you used, if you recall
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may mean contacting the contractor. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may help too.
